Book Recommendation: Brew by James Morton

I was recommended this book while discussing home brewing at Brewdog Angel in London (RIP little bar - you were great!)

This book takes a very visual approach to showing you the processes of brewing. I really like that as I can see exactly what is being discussed. If you aren't a brewer I think it's useful to understand the brewing process - you get a deeper understanding of where the flavours and aromas come from.

Grab this book as a starting point on learning about brewing. Even if you don't do it yourself, it will give you a better idea of what goes into you pint glass.
