Breweries I love: Boutilliers

This series of posts will introduce you to breweries that I love.

Boutilliers are just fifteen mins down the road from me in Faversham, Kent. They are known for making some crazy big beers with great flavour combinations - think Press Y to Honk, their mango TIPA, Leia Cake an imperial stout with muscovado sugar, honey, cocoa nibs and vanilla and Sing Sing Death House a cherry, chocolate and tonka imperial stout. They also produce some refreshing, easy drinking beers as well, like Doki Doki a Helles lager, which I really love and I'm not usually a fan of the style.

Drew and Rich are super friendly and very approachable. I've chatted with both of them at the tap room in Ashford Coachworks and at meet the brewer events. They are more than willing to discuss how they make their beers and give tips - I have brewed some killer fruit beers since discussing fruit tea additions with Drew! I think that is one of their secret ingredients! If you like what you hear, go check out their socials and their webshop - you won't be disappointed!
