Hops: Endeavour

Endeavour is a British hop that has been bred by Wye College in Kent in 2002. it is considered a hedgerow hop and is a cross between hedgerow hops and Cascade. It is also the granddaughter of Target hops.

It is a dual purpose hop used for bittering and aroma. This hop has fruity notes of blackcurrant, loganberry, and spice from the hedgerow hops and lime and grapefruit from the Cascade. It's bittering properties add a fruitiness to the beers it is in.
