Episode 170 - Interesting & Unique Ingredients

Some of these beers we’ve been sitting on for a little bit, so they may be difficult to get hold of if you want to try them – soz!  But hopefully we inspire you to go try some beers made from interesting things.

We tried:

Elixir by Yonder, a birch water, cold-steeped, barrel aged, sour porter with chaga.  Read more here:

Purple is the new black by Kees, a Ube pastry stout

DDF M*rs Bar from Vault City x Neon Raptor, a deep fried mars bar stout

What’s the weirdest ingredient you’ve ever had in a beer?  Let us know!
