We are joined by the wonderful Alix from Gritchie Brewing Co – that’s the brewery owned by Guy Richie if you didn’t know!

Alix has had a varied brewing career and talks us through the role of cellar manager, one of her previous jobs, and the day to day of a head brewer.  Her background is in chemistry and we discuss women and STEM subjects and how you don’t equate science leading to jobs in beer – it’s actually vital!
